Welcome to my History page.  

During the 1970's  I completed an apprenticeship  in mechanical engineering  which gave me a sound platform from which to develop  my career.

I also worked on some large industrial gas boilers during my training and  later became a Corgi  registered gas engineer, now known as  Gas Safe. 

Then with my interest in the marine world,  successfully   qualified to work on boats and LPG equipment.

    

Being both a gas engineer and boat owner I am very appreciative  of the passion we share for our pride and joy.  When invited on board I first think, if she was mine what would I do.  This  clarifies options to present to her owner.

I enjoy my work being on such a variety  of craft especially  when owners tell me of their past exploits or future sailing dreams.
